What is the return policy?

We hope you like all the items you buy from Aylinn, but if something doesn’t work, we are here to help you!

All purchased items can be returned within 14 days. Make sure the items are not worn, unwashed, without make up, bronzer, perfume, animal hair and undamaged. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging, including the label attached to the item.

See below for exceptions and rules:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customers will not be accepted for return.
  • The original label must be attached and intact.
  • If you think you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
  • We do not accept the return of the final sale product. The final sale product meets one of the following criteria:
    • Underwear, jewelry, and all other products in "accessories."
    • Any product marked with a discount of 50% or more at the time of sale.
    • Please note: The item will show as the final sale when it is placed in the shopping cart, and it will also show as the final sale on the receipt attached to the order.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders, including expedited and standard orders, are processed within one to two working days or business days. Please be informed that any order placed after 12 pm EST on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Can I change my order or cancel my order?

If you’ve placed an order with a given address, the address cannot be edited once the order has been placed. If you want to cancel an order, it must be done one hour after they are placed. If you have an Aylinn account, log in and click on cancel order on the order page before placing an order for a new one.

If you don't see a cancel link, this means that the items are already being packaged, and we cannot cancel the order or change it anymore. For further assistance, please send us an email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and debit cards from more than 50 countries.

What if my size for a particular item is out of stock?

Usually, if an item is out of stock, you won't be able to add it to your shopping cart. We would give you an option to put your email so that you would get notified once that item is restocked, and we would add you to the waiting list. Ensure you click the waitlist button so we can send you a notification when the item is back in stock.

What size should I get?

It is best, most of the time, to go with your regular size. If you are not so sure about the size to select, you can send us an email for support and advice.

What’s the procedure for delivery?

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The order will be processed as soon as humanly possible. If you placed an order before 4 pm on a weekday, your order would be processed and shipped the same day. Once the item has been dispatched, you will get a link via email to help you track your order. You can also track your order on the website.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to help you know the status of your item. Most often than not, items will arrive within 5 to 7 business days after purchase. There could be circumstances beyond our control, and we would not accept responsibilities for late deliveries due to these circumstances. We would do our very best to inform you of any late or unexpected delay in delivery.

What are your delivery or shipping costs?

Aylinn works with only fixed shipping fees per order, not minding the number of items bought. Once you have selected your items and the destination, the shipping cost will be displayed.
